OK Wallet Self PIN Reset:

  • PIN ensures security of your money and protects fraudulent transactions.
  • PIN is the key for transacting in OK Wallet. Only with correct match of PIN & Mobile Phone Number a user can access the OK Account. PIN is needed to verify the account owner by the system. If a PIN is disclosed, respective account is at risk; therefore, PIN should be handled very carefully and should never be shared under any circumstances.
  • If you enter the wrong PIN 3 (Three) consecutive times, your PIN will be temporarily blocked and you will have to contact with Call Center on 16269. After you prove your ownership, our Call Centre Executive will unblock the PIN.
  • There are two easy ways to receive new PIN. Firstly, you can easily reset PIN through OK Wallet App by providing few required information for security purpose. Secondly, you can simply call our Call Center at 16269 and will receive new PIN via SMS. You will have the option of changing PIN once Login using the new PIN.

Add Money is available in the OK Wallet where you can Cash-in/add money from linked VISA/Master Card/ others bank account (iBanking)/ OBL Account/ OBL Branch or our Agent Point.

  • You will get an instant Flash Notification and also a Confirmation SMS after each transaction.

  • You can Cash-out (withdraw) at any ONE Bank Branch by choosing the Cash-out option in the OK first. Then select Cash-out from Branch option. You have to enter the amount and the PIN to confirm transaction. After confirming the transaction, you will get a Transaction ID. When you provide it to the OK Service Manager at Teller counter by filling out the withdraw slip, you will get the cash amount.
  • To use OBL ATMs for Cash-out purpose go to OK App. Select Cash-out option then choose OBL ATM option. Put desired amount and OK PIN, you will get a One Time Password (OTP).

    Visit OBL ATM booth and select OK Wallet option on ATM screen. Put your OK number with Requested Amount and OTP to withdraw cash.

    If you want to use USSD channel - go to Cash-out option then choose Cash-out from ATM. Put desired amount and OK PIN, you will get a One Time Password (OTP).

  • Service charges will be deducted from your account balance; therefore you do not have to pay in cash to the Agent or ONE Bank branches.
  • You can deposit money immediately after registration. However, after you provide the required document, Bank officer verifies the information on the registration form (KYC form) and authorizes the account for activation. Normally 5 working days are required for successful activation. After your account is fully activated, you will get a SMS notification. You can use all of our exciting services once your full activation is done.

  • To transfer money from OK account to OK account using Mobile App find the OK A/C to OK A/C tab in Money Transfer option.   • To transfer money from OK A/C to One Bank A/C using Mobile App, select the option OK A/C to One Bank A/C in the Money Transfer menu. Choose the linked OBL A/C, enter the amount you want to send, enter your PIN and click Confirm button.
  • In case you want to transfer money to OBL Account via USSD menu you have to choose the option OK A/C to One Bank A/C in the Money Transfer menu of OK. Then select the linked OBL Savings account, key in the amount and PIN. Money will be added to the OK Account.
  • At present user can transfer maximum BDT 25,000 per day and BDT 75,000 per month from own OK account to any other OK account any time. Daily you can make 10 OK to OK transactions and monthly you can make 50 OK to OK transactions. Minimum transaction limit of OK to OK transfer is BDT 10 per transaction.

    From OK Account to Linked OBL Saving Account/Retail Current Account you can transfer thrice a day for any amount from BDT 100 to BDT 25,000. Your monthly limit for this transaction is BDT 2,00,000 and monthly 30 transactions.

  • If you want to pay merchant using OK Mobile App- Go to Merchant Payment option and Scan the QR code. The Merchant Number and Name will appear automatically. Enter your bill amount. You can also manually enter the Merchant Number then enter amount and PIN to pay.
  • To pay merchant by USSD, dial *269# and choose Payment option. Choose Merchant Payment and enter the Merchant Number. Enter the bill amount and insert the PIN. You will get the message of successful transaction.
  • At present there is no minimum or maximum amount or number of transaction limit for paying the Merchant.
  • To recharge any mobile number, go to Mobile Recharge option. Choose operator, select Prepaid or Postpaid. You can either enter the phone number or select the Phone Number from your phone’s Contact List. After that, enter the amount you want to recharge and enter your PIN. Press Confirm and your recharge is done. Minimum transaction amount is BDT 10 for mobile recharge service.

Enter your unique bill ID as customer ID and the outstanding bill amount will be shown. Insert the PIN after agreeing to pay. You will get the message of successful transaction. How to pay NID correction fees using OK App?
  • - If you want to recharge DPDC Prepaid (Key Pad) meter using OK App- Go to Bill Payment option and choose DPDC Bill.

Complaint and Dispute Resolution:

  • Before making any transaction from your OK Account, please check and ensure that the recipient’s Account number and the amount of money are correct.

    In the event of any incorrect transaction using OK, all responsibilities lie with the customer/sender because the customer himself/herself inputs the recipient’s Account number and the amount of money and also confirms the transaction by providing the PIN. Before providing such PIN, the customer can see the information (the recipient’s mobile number and transaction amount) s/he has keyed in on mobile’s screen so that s/he can verify the information. In case of any incorrect input s/he can cancel the instruction of transaction then and there. That is why, in the event of money being sent by the customer to an unintended Account, OK has no authority to reimburse the customer without any direction of the court, or the consent of the recipient.
  • If you have a dispute or disagreement with the biller regarding the charge of a specific bill, you have to call our Call Centre 16269 or email at okwallet@onebank.com.bd regarding the complaint/ dispute. We will check specific information and suggest a solution from our end.

Fund Transfer from OK Wallet to BRAC Bank Account:

  • Step 3: Enter BRAC Bank Account Number and Name of the Account Holder (same as BRAC Bank Account Name).

  • OK Personal Retail Account is a new type of business account exclusively designed for the micro and small traders who don’t have VAT, TIN or Trade License. Through this micro payment facility, OK Retailer can easily receive payment through OK Wallet Customers, OK Retailers and also from OK Merchants. At the same time, OK Retailer can also make payment to other OK Merchants and OK Retailers through OK Personal Retail Account. This additional micro payment service will facilitate marginal traders to run business efficiently and will also encourage OK Wallet customers to be habituated with cashless payment service.
  • Yes. OK Retailer can get access of OK Personal Retail Account service on both OK Wallet App and USSD (*269#) channels.
  • At first Retailer needs to fill up Requisition Form mentioned at below link and submit required documents properly. After successful verification, OK Wallet Representative will communicate with the retailer for on-boarding process.

  • You can open OK Wallet account instantly on your own through OK Wallet e-KYC by downloading OK Wallet App from Google Play Store or App Store.
  • You may also visit OK Wallet registered Agent Point to open OK Wallet account instantly.
  • Go to Google Play (android version) or App store (iOS) and Search for OK Wallet App.
  • Install OK Wallet App in your mobile phone.
  • Tap on CREATE ACCOUNT after opening the App.

  • To pay Land Development TAX through OK Wallet, customer needs only “Payment Token” number.
  • Token is a unique number of a holding, with which land development TAX can be paid through OK Wallet and any other mobile banking services.

    In the event of any incorrect transaction using OK, all responsibilities lie with the customer/sender because the customer himself/herself inputs the recipient’s Account number and the amount of money and also confirms the transaction by providing the PIN. Before providing such PIN, the customer can see the information (the recipient’s mobile number and transaction amount) s/he has keyed in on mobile’s screen so that s/he can verify the information. In case of any incorrect input s/he can cancel the instruction of transaction then and there.   • Step 1: Login to OK Wallet app and select Fees Pay menu.
  • Step 2: Select XI Class Fees from the menu.
  • Step 3: Select XI class Application Fee from the list.
  • Step 4: Select Education Board and Year.
  • Step 5: Input SSC Roll, Contact Number. System will fetch payment amount automatically.
  • Step 6: Check the information and enter OK Wallet PIN. Tap on PAY icon to execute transaction.
  • Step 7: Tap on CONFIRM to complete the transaction. After successful transaction execution the Customer will be notified via SMS.
  • Step 1: Dial *269# for OK Wallet USSD Menu and Type “5” for Bills Pay option.
  • Step 2: Again Type “9” for XI Class Fee collection Bills
  • Step 3: Reply with “1” for Application Fee.
  • Step 4: Input SSC Roll and Board Name.
  • Step 5: Input Year and Contact Number. System will fetch payment amount automatically.
  • Step 6: Reply with “1” to execute transaction. Check your transaction details with service fee and enter OK Wallet PIN to execute transaction. After successful transaction execution the Customer will be notified via SMS.
