OK Wallet customers can pay Utility Bill (Water, Gas, Electricity and Telephone) without any service charge
through their OK Wallet App and USSD (*269#). Customers will be eligible for 2 free transactions of each type of
payment during the campaign period in each month.

Campaign Modality:
- Customers can enjoy two (02) free utility bill payments per bill type each month through both the OK Wallet Customer App and USSD channel during the campaign period.
- The first 50 utility bill payments per bill type each month made through Agent Points will be free; commissions will apply to subsequent transactions.
Campaign Objectives:
- Increase the number and volume of utility bill payments through OK Wallet.
- Enhance customer engagement with OK Wallet.
- Increase the number of OK Wallet active customers.
Campaign Details:
- Customers will enjoy two (02) free utility bill payments per bill type each month using his/her own OK Wallet app/USSD channel, exceeding which regular service charge will be applied.
- Agents will be entitled to accommodate 50 utility bills of each type without any service charge, exceeding of which will require a customer to pay regular charges. Such charges will be shared with the stakeholders as per the regular policy of the Bank.
- The Bank reserves the right to terminate any customer involved in AML/CFT violations or any fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
- The Bank reserves the right to change or discontinue the offer at any time without prior notice, based on business or compliance requirements.
