OK Wallet has introduced an interoperable fund transfer service with City Bank PLC, allowing OK
users to effortlessly add and transfer electronic money between City Bank (CBPLC) account and OK
Wallet account in a fast and smooth manner. This seamless OK A/C and CBPLC A/C interoperability
feature aims to enable OK users to add and transfer electronic money rapidly, securely and conveniently
anytime and from anywhere in Bangladesh.
How to Transfer money from OK Wallet Account to City Bank Account through OK Wallet App:
- Login to OK Wallet mobile App
- Tap on Transfer
- Tap on OK to City Bank Account.
- Input City Bank Account number and Account name.
- Input Amount, PIN and Tap on NEXT icon.
- In the confirmation page, check transferred amount details and Tap on CONFIRM icon.
- Customers will receive successful transactions SMS.
How to add Beneficiary Account in City Bank Internet Banking (citytouch):
- Login to Citytouch
- Tap on Transfer
- Click on Beneficiary Management to set account for future references.
- Click on Add Beneficiary
- Select MFS Transfer as type of transfer from the dropdown menu and tap next.
- Select OK Wallet from the dropdown menu, enter Nick name and Account number. Tap next.
- Select a card and enter the PIN to perform Card-PIN validation.
- This account number will be saved as a beneficiary account for future references.
How to Transfer money from City Bank Account to OK Wallet Account through Internet
Banking:
- Login to Citytouch
- Tap on Transfer
- Tap on MFS Transfer.
- Select OK Wallet from the dropdown menu.
- Select beneficiary MFS Account from the "Nickname" dropdown.
- Select the source Account or Card from which the fund will be transferred.
- Enter Transfer Amount and click Confirm.
- Submit the OTP which has been sent to your registered mobile number or email address.
- The required amount will be transferred to your selected OK Wallet Account.
N.B:
- Transferring money from City Bank account & card to OK Wallet has no service charge but
OK Wallet to City Bank account & card has 1% service charge (including VAT & Tax).
- Transaction Limit through Internet Banking or Mobile App
- Daily Limit: Minimum transaction amount BDT 100 and maximum amount in single
transaction is BDT 50,000
- Monthly Limit: Maximum monthly transaction limit is BDT 3,00,000
