With the vision of offering seamless digital bill payment services, OK Wallet has introduced the facility to pay SAM Online (Internet Service Provider) bills for its valued customers. Customers can now pay their SAM Online internet bills easily through their personal OK Wallet Accounts and Agent App. SAM Online is currently providing internet services in areas including Badda, Gulshan, Banasree, Rampura, Aftabnagar, Shahjahanpur, Hazaribagh, Khilgaon, Moghbazar, Vatara, Paltan, Banani, Tejgaon, Rayerbag, and Demra. Services are also available in other districts such as Madaripur, Gopalganj, Narayanganj, and Gazipur.

This newly added payment service enables customers to pay their internet bills in a fast, secure, and convenient way—anytime, anywhere in Bangladesh.

Procedure to Pay Internet Bill through Customer OK Wallet App:
  • Step 1: Login to OK Wallet App and Tap on Bills Pay menu.
  • Step 2: Select Internet Bill from Payment Type.
  • Step 3: Select SAM ONLINE Internet Service Provider (ISP).
  • Step 4: Enter Customer Number and System will show outstanding Amount along with Customer Name.
  • Step 5: Check Amount and Input OK Wallet PIN for payment procedure.
  • Step 6: Customer will get to view a Transaction detailed page.
  • Step 7: Tap on Confirm icon for successful Transaction. Customer will receive system generated confirmation message as well as a Receipt which can be downloaded and shared for further reference.

Procedure to Pay Internet Bill through Agent OK Wallet App:
  • 1. Login to OK Wallet App and Select Bills Pay from More menu.
  • 2. Select Internet Bill from Payment Type.
  • 3. Select SAM ONLINE Internet Service Provider (ISP).
  • 4. Enter Customer Number and System will show outstanding Amount along with Customer Name.
  • 5. Check Amount and then Input Beneficiary Mobile Number as well as OK Wallet PIN to proceed for payment.
  • 6. Agent will get to view a Transaction detailed page.
  • 7. Tap on Confirm icon for successful Transaction. Both Agent and Beneficiary (if having OK Wallet Account) will receive system generated confirmation message as well as a Receipt which can be downloaded and shared for further reference.

N.B: No service charge will be imposed upon OK Wallet Customers and Payment will be updated within real time after successful transaction.
