OK Wallet has brought West Zone (WZPDCL) Prepaid Meter Recharge service for Customers. From now; Customers can recharge West Zone (WZPDCL) Prepaid Meter in a more convenient and smoother way through OK Wallet as well as OK Wallet nominated Agent Points and any ONE Bank Branches. This service is intended to reduce customers’ hassle for physical presence at biller premises and also ease customers’ experience to recharge West Zone (WZPDCL) Meter sitting at their residence anywhere in Bangladesh.

Procedure to Recharge West Zone (WZPDCL) Prepaid Meter through OK Wallet:

CUSTOMER MOBILE APP:
  • Tap on Utility icon from OK Wallet App home screen.
  • Choose Westzone (WZPDCL) Prepaid from Utility list.
  • Enter your Meter Number, Amount, OK Wallet PIN and tap on PAY option.
  • At Payment Confirmation Page, recheck Meter Number with Amount & Service Charge and then Confirm the transaction.
  • Customer will receive system generated Message along with Token Number and Digital Receipt of successful transaction.
  • For Keypad Meter, Customer needs to input Token Number using the Keypad of WZPDCL Prepaid Meter.

CUSTOMER USSD MENU:
  • Dial *269# for USSD Mobile Menu and Type 3 for Payment option.
  • Type 2 for Utility Bill.
  • Type 6 to select Westzone (WZPDCL) option.
  • Type 1 to select Prepaid Meter.
  • Enter Meter Number and Amount.
  • Type “1” (Yes) to agree for payment.
  • Check your Meter Number with Amount and Service Charge.
  • Enter OK Wallet PIN to confirm the transaction.
  • Customer will receive system generated message of successful transaction and a Token Number.
  • For Keypad Meter, Customer needs to input Token Number using the Keypad of WZPDCL Prepaid Meter.

CUSTOMER AT ONE BANK BRANCHES:
  • Visit nearest ONE Bank Branch with required Money and WZPDCL Prepaid Meter Number.
  • Communicate with ONE Bank Branch Teller and request to recharge West Zone (WZPDCL) Meter.
  • Provide West Zone (WZPDCL) Meter Number, cash Money and Beneficiary Mobile Number.
  • After successful transaction, Beneficiary will be notified through system generated SMS.

Note: Customer will receive Token Number via System generated SMS and can check amount segregation in Digital Receipt.

Service Charge: 1% of the transaction amount. (Minimum BDT 5 or Maximum BDT 25) for Meter recharge from OK Wallet Customer and Agent Channel and no charge applicable in case of Meter recharge from ONE Bank Branch.
