To reach out the vision of offering advanced level digital payment services effortlessly and spontaneously, OK Wallet has introduced passport Fees payment facility for its valuable users. Now customers can pay their e-Passport Fees through their own OK Wallet App and also from OK Wallet registered Agent points without any service charge. Therefore, customers will no longer have to wait at long queue in Fees collection premises. This fast and secured payment service of OK Wallet will assist customers to save their time as well as to reduce dependency on traditional passport Fees payment system.

How to pay New e-Passport Fees through Customer OK Wallet App:
  • Login to OK Wallet App and tap on e-Passport Fee icon from home screen.
  • Go through Terms and Conditions and tap on AGREE icon to continue payment procedure.
  • Select desired e-Passport Type (Ordinary/Official/Diplomatic).
  • On next page, select New e-Passport as Application Type.
  • After that, select Delivery Type. For New e-Passport, choose either Regular or Express according to requirement.
  • Input required information into the selected fields as per National ID Card/Birth Certificate/Passport of the Applicant.
  • In addition, select Passport Validity period (5 years/10 years) and Pages (48/64 pages). (*In case Applicant’s age is under 18 or above 65, select 5 years and 48 pages as passport validation and pages.)
  • Then capture or upload Applicant’s NID/Birth Certificate/Passport Front Page.
  • Tap on NEXT icon for further processing.
  • At Review page, carefully check all the information and Amount of Passport Fees (including VAT) before proceed for confirmation page. {*To edit information, tap on Back Button and make necessary changes.}
  • Enter OK Wallet PIN and tap on NEXT icon to continue payment process.
  • In payment confirmation page, recheck Applicant’s Name and Total Passport Fees Amount and tap on CONFIRM icon.
  • Customer will receive successful payment confirmation message at OK Wallet Number as well as Passport Fees Payment Receipt as PDF format that can be downloaded and printed.

How to pay for Reissue of e-Passport through Customer OK Wallet App:
  • Login to OK Wallet App and tap on e-Passport Fee icon from home screen.
  • Go through Terms and Conditions and tap on AGREE icon to continue payment procedure.
  • Select desired e-Passport Type (Ordinary/Official/Diplomatic).
  • On next page, select Reissue e-Passport as Application Type.
  • After that, select Delivery Type. For Reissue e-Passport, choose Regular/Express/Super Express according to requirement.
  • Input required information into the selected fields as per Existing Passport of the Applicant.
  • In addition, select Passport Validity period (5 years/10 years) and Pages (48/64 pages). (*In case Applicant’s age is under 18 or above 65, select 5 years and 48 pages as passport validation and pages.)
  • Then capture or upload Applicant’s Existing Passport Front Page.
  • Tap on NEXT icon for further processing.
  • At Review page, carefully check all information and Amount of Passport Fees (including VAT) before proceed for confirmation page. {*To edit information, tap on Back Button and make necessary changes.}
  • Enter OK Wallet PIN and Tap on NEXT icon to continue payment process.
  • In payment confirmation page, recheck Applicant’s Name and Total Passport Fees Amount and tap on CONFIRM icon.
  • Customer will receive successful payment confirmation message at OK Wallet Number as well as Passport Fees Payment Receipt as PDF format can be downloaded and printed.

How to Download e-Passport Payment Receipt:
  • Login to OK Wallet App and tap on e-Passport Fee icon from home screen.
  • Go through Terms and Conditions and tap on AGREE icon to continue payment procedure.
  • Select Payment Receipt & Info and then tap on Download Receipt option.
  • Input either Applicant’s Info or Transaction ID and tap on Download Receipt icon to receive e-Passport Payment Receipt.
  • Customer can also download payment receipt from OK Wallet App by clicking on ‘Receipt’ icon from the Passport Application page after successful transaction.
  • In addition, Customer can also download payment receipt through the mentioned Link (https://okwalletpayment.onebank.com.bd/receipt/LIVE/passport/) into the Web Browser (Mozilla Firefox/Google Chrome/Internet Explorer)
  • In case of payment through OK Wallet Agents, Customers must collect e-Passport payment receipt from Agent.

Note:
  • For New/Reissue e-Passport payment; Applicant should input his/her Name and select Date of Birth according to National ID Card/ Birth Certificate/ Passport of the Applicant.
  • In case of payment through OK Wallet Agent point, Agent should input Beneficiary Number and Customer must collect passport payment receipt from Agent.
  • To rectify name spelling or Passport type or Delivery Status, Applicant should visit ONE Bank Branch with payment receipt and National ID/Birth Certificate/Passport.
  • After paying e-Passport Fees, Passport Applicants’ name is not transferable to other Applicant name.
  • After payment receipt verified by Passport Office/DIP, No changes will be allowed from OBL Branch.
  • No additional service charge will be imposed upon Customer for e-Passport Fees payment through personal OK Wallet App or from OK Wallet Agent Points and Passport Fees Payment is non refundable.
